Privacy Notice

Meatfest is a personal event organized by Brian Tidwell.

We collect information you provide, such as your name, RSVP, party size, dish contribution, and mobile number when you request updates. Crew accounts and uploaded photos contain additional information you choose to provide. The photo gallery can be viewed publicly. Treat your personal invitation link as private: anyone you share it with may be able to view or change your RSVP.

We use information to organize Meatfest, manage participation, and send communications you select. Your contact information may be visible to authorized Meatfest crew members. Providers supporting hosting, storage, authentication, and messaging process information needed to deliver those services.

Text messaging is not enabled yet. Twilio is the planned messaging provider and is not connected to this app yet. If saving text preferences is turned on before texting starts, we will record your mobile number, the choices you make, the wording you agreed to, and when you made or changed them. These records are not shown to other guests.

We do not sell personal information or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Service providers may process that information on our behalf to operate the program.

We retain information as needed to organize events, operate the app, document communication choices, and meet applicable obligations. For the planned text program, opting out will stop future program texts; necessary consent and suppression records will be retained after opt-out.

For questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your information, contact meatfesttn@gmail.com.
